Can someone make a script that cuts regular trees (wearing axe) and then fletches it into arrow shafts?

This would be a good idea to get the fletching levels up, but jagex has designed their maps so that bots can get stuck in the corner of fences just continuously clicking on a tree they can't reach, that's why they sometimes have items and resources in unreachable locations. This would need to be taken in consideration. I can't code it because I'm a noob but I have used scripts that cut normal logs and they usually just get stuck clicking on something that can't be reached. I support this idea.

P.s. It wouldnt really need a lot of anti randoms as it is walking around everywhere
