SMART not focusing on window whilst starting script

As the title suggests, the SMART client does not allow me to specify a window to run the script with; it will either pair with another window or spawn a new client. Does anyone have similar problems?

I'm running wine under Linux (w/32-bit jre7). Cheers.

I'm running a similar setup with Ubuntu, you could try installing SMART8 which fixed a lot of pairing errors, see the tutorial in my sig

I am running SMART8.1, and was running 8 then ;)

Are you saying that its focusing on another SMART window or another random window like My Computer.
