League of Botters!

Hello everyone, welcome to the first ever Cross Site Tournament
You heard it here, on July 13th, Villavu will be going head to head versus powerbot in a League of Legends Tournament.
Sign-ups take place July 1st - 7th.
Sign-Ups are Live, PM me your EUW summoner name, or you will be unable to compete

[INDENT]We're using this thread to get a gauge of how many people will join the actual competition, and to pick the region. If you're interested, please post with the following information:

[INDENT]The rules/information is as follows:
[INDENT]1) Teams will be assigned randomly as to avoid one team dominating the entire tournament.
2) Garen is disabled until further notice due to the bug with him regarding his Q ability.
3) ALL runes and masteries must be disabled.
4) The winning team will get either $5 RP points or $10 RP points(Undecided)
5) We're looking for a streamer/shoutcaster to shoutcast the entire game.
6) During the stream, random RP giveaways will be held, so tune in!
7) If you do not have an account in the game region, we suggest you make one before the date of play and buy your champions.[/INDENT][/INDENT]

Also, that's not a Garen bug. It's an "every champion with an autoattack reset buff" bug that's tied to Zhonya's.

Also, who cares if an AA champion wants to spend all that time on a zhonyas for that little "advantage" if you want to call it that?

On that note, for the NA players, can we have a no runes/no masteries rule in place for this or will we be forced to level up a ton asap?

There is a no runes/masteries in place. That's the point of this thread here and at powerbot, when we decide the region, it allows you to make an account, and get the champions of your choice with the starting IP boosts.:)

Yesterday I was taking practicing and was owning all with no masteries or special champions..I cant wait.

I've spoken to Ironhide and Zyt3x, we're no longer counting the winning site based on how ever many wins, due to the mass amount of Powerbot teams, but the winner of the tournement.


They have more teams, it'll be easier for them to win, but we can win, ez

what if they get all their players and form teams and eliminate some. for example if we got 3 teams and they got 10. make them play a small team elimation and their best 3 will compete with us. simple as it gets. or make them vote for the number of player neede..

We thought of that, but Powerbot has a busy event schedule, so we'll have to do it this way.

Let's say our best team is technically 2nd place overall (and would earn 2nd place either way). If we do an overall 13 team tournament and we get 2nd place having beat 4-5 pbot teams and finally losing at the 6th in a row, it's a lot more impressive than if we went against 2 pbot teams and lost to the second one in the case of a 6 team tournament :p

I have a couple friends who are really into LoL. Unfortunately my only experience is watching them play a little bit, or else I would love to play.
