Hey, so I've decided to quit RS as I haven't been playing it as much lately. I would also like some extra money for the computer I'm currently building. This is my main account, owned it for 5½ years, and I'm the original owner (of course). I will give you any info needed for the account after you purchase it, recovery questions, past passwords, etc. I'm selling it on here because I trust you guys and don't want to get scammed anywhere else.

For the achievement diaries, I have around 320 out of 574 done.

Meh, if all tasks + quests were completed, the account would be worth around the 280$ or a bit more than what you stated. Especially since quests like RoTM haven't been completed, I'm guessing master/advanced quests are what needed to be done. Temple trekking and mage training area aren't done either

I'm leaning over a price of $225-250 for this account, thats my opinion, because the offers on player auctions are awfully high, and sellers don't get any luck of an offer until 2-3 months have gone by, if they get lucky anyway.

All of that would take maybe 2-3 days (except maybe quests). Tasks are mostly really simple and easy things. The hardest things on that list (for me) were the Yaktwee stick + Doric miniquests.

Yeah, I got a few of the categories done for the trimmed comp cape. I have the dungeoneering scrolls, dragonkin journals, PoP stuff, Barb training, and slayer abilities. I think that's it, maybe not.

If wanted, I can also throw in a few accounts that I used to use for chocolate crushing. They are mostly low levels as choco crushing doesn't give xp, but some are like lvl 50-80 and all of them have good, non-botlike names. :)

Sold a nice Max cape with 108 dung last summer for 400 usd minus fees (360ish) on PA. That was selling it cheap, it is a shame accounts are worth so much less now.

Yeah.. I was hoping since I listed it around the same time that all those max accounts got banned that mine would be in more demand. It's probably because I'm just listing it on here though, if I listed it on another site or two, I could sell it for more and faster. I just don't want noobs to try and scam me and waste my time.

How long did it take you to sell yours btw? A day, week, month? And is PA a good place to think of listing it on?

PA is good but expensive. I lost 10% on fees but they sell higher there because of the guarantee that you will not recover the account post trade. I sold it in like 5 days to a parent giving it to their child as a present. You just got to make your account more attractive than the others with the pictures and all. As long as you don't recover, PA is a good choice. They will sue you if you do recover the account. I would also keep for a month or two just to make sure it isn't already flagged for ban. That would be bothersome if you sell it and it gets banned.

I wanted more money but I sold it cheap because I needed the money to pay Dell to repair my melted computer. They had to replace ram, cpu($680) and motherboard and it cost me flat fee of 400 usd

Chance of getting scammed there is zero for both parties since the trade is insured by them. Thus people prefer PA to buy/sell high value accounts. Low risk makes offers attractive.

I sold my account with a new account, made it exclusively for that. People do not really care about vouches, just offer the insurance for the buyer. Few less bucks for you but will make your customer happy. Hardest requirement they have is that you need a hardline where they can call you. Another antiscam measure.

Sweet, I'll check it out then. Hopefully I can near my originally asking price ($350-400). I honestly think max accounts should be in more demand with the recent max/comps being banned, RS3 coming out, and the 2 new skills.

$400 should be fine with your account. Just sell it with some gold in it, don't clean it because an account with no money to buy at least bandos is pretty much useless.

Ha, well I only have like 2m + some semi-valuable items. I have all chaotics/PoP armour though, so the only thing they would need to really buy are some boots. I might add like 50m to it though to make it look better.

Good idea especially since gold is so cheap now days. Mine sold good because I had a maxed player owned house. Demon Throne and all. Since you have all the reqs, might increase the attractiveness of the account to do all tasks. Mine had most quests, all tasks and all chaotics.

Look around PA for similar accounts first and see if the 400 is definitely still solid before you get the gold.

I felt $400 is in the right asking area compared to the other accounts on there. I have it made to go down to $380 during the next month. As of now, the price on here will be $300 for a bit to see how PA goes.

Sold my account for $350 on PA. Had it listed for $400, this guys haggled me down to $360. I advertised it with 50m, but didn't purchase it for the account yet, so I just downed the price to $350. I'm happy with the deal and I recommend using PA to anyone (only the fee sucks..). Made the deal less than 12 hours after listing.
