Is SRL lacking developers or is everyone busy at the same time or exams stressing them all or just bored or tired?
Just wondering since the Github hasn't changed in 2 months and there's 4 open issues and 3 open pull requests and I noticed Kyle is gone, I no longer see mormonman, Nava, Markus or any of the others.. Only dev I really see on is Flight sometimes and the Simba devs :S
It's probably that everyone is busy with life, or lack of interest.
This isn't the first time. :)
P.S And hey all (3K Posts :P)

That's true. The most active developers of SRL-6 is Coh3n, OllyBest, masterBB, and euphemism. There's still quite a bit of attention in the SRL-OSR area. I for one have been working towards this since the release and very little on SRL-6.
Howdy Mr Home! :)

I'm assuming you're talking about SRL-5? SRL-6 has been actively developed for quite some time now (albeit a little slower these past few weeks). I haven't done anything to do with SRL-5 in a very long time, mostly because I'm focusing on SRL-6. The other active developers of SRL-6 (not official developers yet) don't have committing access to SRL-5.
So to answer your question, all the current developers are gone (except myself and Flight who focuses more on SRL-OSR like he said). Nava2 started a new job at IBM, NCDS has a new job and a family, marpis left quite some time ago, Zyt3x is busy with life, and Hobbit's focus is on administration. I actually haven't talked to Kyle in quite some time, but I imagine he's busy with work. Once the beta of SRL-6 is released, the current SRL-5 include will be phased out, and we hope SRL-6 will become the norm.
I hope that helps a little. :)
People come and go :( But you cant expect people to be around for ages, if you could see the amount of retired devs I think you would be amazed.
edit: there are 38 retired devs.
