SRL Archive - General Botting Help

Up until a couple hours ago everything was fine,

however now, when I'm using SMART 8 and I click 'logout to lobby' (rather than logging out completely) it logs me out of runescape completely. When I try to sign back in it tells me the game session has ended :S! (I was certain this was just due to being logged on for 6 hours, right?)

I'm not sure what is causing this, I'm using the same computer I always have to bot, nothings changed. Unless it could be an update RS end ? Is anyone else having this issue, or would someone be able to advise ? :(

That totally means that you have been for 6 Hours and the thing you must do is refresh it yourself if the script doesnt have the 6hr relog.

Sometimes it happens to me..
Jagax must have a bug somewhere.. Because im sure ive only played for like.. 4 hours n its done it..

But maybe i just didn't notice it was 6..

What do you need advice on?
All you have to do is close the browser and open it again, for another 6 hours of bliss !

P.s if your script has SixHourFix enabled it will reopen the browser for you

Ahh sorry, I didn't really make myself clear reading back my first post. It happens ten minutes in. For example, I have been using Sean's waterfiend script in the chaos tunnels. There is a function in his script that hops if there are other players around. But instead of hopping, it gives me the 'Game session ended' error message, common with the 6hr roadblock jagex made.

It's done it 5 times since I have been writing this. I know it's not an issue with his script, which is why I'm posting this here, and not asking for help on his script thread. It must have something to do with IP addresses (?) Does anyone know exactly how the 6hr thing works ?

It must have something to do with IP addresses.

If you are logged in, logout/dc and get a new IP, it will give you the 'session ended' or whatever.

Right okay, thanks for this info. So i know it's something to do with my internet noww. Hmmmm.
