SRL Archive - Banned from RS

Hey, I have noticed, that most of last week bans was made for Free 2 Play account.
So I decided to create Pool, and check or I'm right, and if so to get confidence in Pay2Play accounts even more. :)
Since I assume Jagex (botany) bans mostly (or even only) free to play accounts.
Any Ideas about that?

Sorry if this was already posted somewhere but where were you banned, what were you doing, ect? I'll start:

F2P/P2P: F2P
Skill: Woodcutting
Location: Resource Dungeon Willows
Info: 24/7'ing

Hopefully we can get a good idea on the patterns of bans so we can have a better chance of avoiding them :)

I'd like to post my own experience up there on the poll, but I'd skew one side or the other away from the truth as I got banned on 2 separate accounts.

I didn't though about that option :? great that you posted it! :)

I just logged on to the banned account today, no wealth/skill rollbacks.

I've been botting occasionally on a few F2P accounts. No bans.

What is iDung? Is it SRL member only? I don't see a dung script in the scripts section.

No, there is a TON of bans on Pb mems. All 2 week or 48hr bans tho from what i have seen.

Last week, was 20+ people at grotworms, i just went to re-brandish my crossbow and was only 4 people there.

But Chuckle on PB got 23 Frost dragon accounts perm banned this week. So that proves its just not Ftp accounts.

And my best mate got an account he was doing a dungeonering service fro a 48hr bann, he told me it was 2300+ total and mems obv.

Nothing yet! I should really stop botting with injectin bots :p (for the sake keeping accounts safe and ease my paranoia)

No bans for me since… Geez I think the last ban I had was when RSBot was first starting out under Speljohan; I & (I believe) 2 others were the only ones making scripts. :p It was a long time ago. Thankfully I've settled with Simba, no bans since then.

I heard talk on Sythe that a lot of the recent bans are linking back to people using VPS's, even if they're not botting! I imagine some of these are simply red-flagged by Jagex, so be warned if you go that way.

Never banned in more then a year botting. I'm pretty safe though, never 10h+!

Really? How do you get banned at that bank? I used to go there, but iron ore bots go there a lot. Recently I've stuck with the burthorpe chest.

Playing it safe :p Hardcore is the way to go!

Is this poll for 07 or overall? I have been on a 4h+4h+4h (varies a bit) schedule on eoc and done like 2-3 hrs of 07 powerfighting in desolate places. Havent been banned.
