The money is still in my account but I am unable to do anything with it. They don't give me an option to remove the limit by providing information either.

While your account is limited, you may not be able to withdraw funds from your PayPal account for 180 days.
This account will remain limited until you turn 18 and have submitted documentation proving you are 18.
Just noticed this in the email that they sent me. I might only have to wait 180 days.

It only takes 180 days, I can vouch for that. At that point you can transfer it to a bank account.

This happened to someone else on sythe around ~1 week ago I do believe they called paypal up and they were given 180 days to move the funds from the account.
