So I am new around here, just enjoying the great community with lot of nice people who are willing to help out.
Now for the questions I have:

The graphics setting Sofware, Safe Mode, OpenGL, Direct X. what are the difference in them, how the affect the game and script people write.
This leading on to my next question: Now that apparently RS3 is switching to HTML5, so it means they will be using WebGL? Now how does jagex switching to HTML5 will affect the community of runescape, the game, and the scripts/bots that are out there.

also any idea when RS3 will be released (forced) on us? and will the EoC item transferred over to new RS?

the graphic settings just affect the colors, how your graphic card handles the colors.
so as long as they support safemode, it should be fine.

rs3, they said they will still support java, so i assume nothing much will be changed except that villavu staffs have to update their simba core scripts with new interface.
