why have you got both 64 bit and 32 bit?

it was a bug i had with windows 8 and building a computer. some reason it just used 32 bit as default. its fine now, some programs do require me to have 32 bit… for testing stuff

Have you actually loaded RS in a real browser on this computer yet(even just one time)? For some reason that has to happen before smart will work.
