I think there should be member tags like above, we're members can put a message inside tags like that only other srl members can read. Now before people say its pointless, I am going to try to explain why I think it would be beneficial

First off, I think the tags should be made purely for the srl members applications section.

Us members do not really have any type of chat were we can discuss members applications, and there are some stuff that we cannot post on Other people's apps without leaking. For example, whenever critiqueing so who'd application, you could add in a little message that only members can read such as "remember, don't vote yes or no because of blah blah blah"

Or " remember blah blah blah your not aloud to vote yet"

Or "guys note that he is using mmouse(x,y,1,1)

Just little notes like that, because I don't think anybody here would actually make a thread to discuss every little application, I think people should give more thought into applications before voting.

If you think it's a good/bad idea post below, I'll just delete this thread if everyone thinks the idea is trash :s

You can say your issues in the application, if the applicant can't see what they're doing wrong then how will they know?

Not some issues, issues were not allowed to post like "his attitude is terrible here some some examples "

I dont have a problem posting when someones attitude is trash either.

This doesn't really seem necessary, there aren't many if any occasions where something in an application need be said privately. If the applicant is scripting poorly/they have a poor attitude it will be obvious and might as well be said to them. For any other private matters I don't see why the SRL member's board cannot be used.

I like this myself tho I'm not around much there surely will be a number of uses for example say you had a member and public version of a script this would allow you to use just the one thread to manage them both by placing missing functions procedure's or the whole script in the member tags.

I would be down for something like this. I believe that this would be useful and kinda cool.

What happens when you quote the post?

This seems kind of cool, can't really see any purposeful uses at the minute but I am sure there are some!

I think the idea is good, but not for what Rjj posted. I think commenting on public threads about subjects that members only know (such as a reference or even a joke) would be cool, I agree with the managing one thread idea as well, this would save us some space. I think it would just be in general a good way to post something others members can see without having to do it in the members forums (main threads would still go there, but it would be cool to be able to reference members ideas/ thoughts there because the members boards aren't a 100% copy of the public ones).

If I vote no, you can be sure I will explain my reasoning; otherwise, it would not help the applicant in any way, and could be construed as a petty move–a slight.

Referring to what someone said about using it in apps, just be straight up with whoever is applying. If they have a horrible attitude, I have told/will tell them that, as should others voting.

Also, quoting the post will allow other users to see what has been said, and render the whole thing pointless. I'm a member on another forum where there are tags which force other users to post to see the content. It gets annoying, so I just quote the post and it's all there.
