Why are these bugs back again?
BenLand100 had fixed them in the past. I had to update SRL because it wouldn't log in at all after I stopped botting for a few months but I don't understand why it does not install SMART 8.0 by default instead of this buggy 7.2
Does SMART 8.0 still work if I install it?

The second bug definitely exists in Smart8.
And the first? I'm not exactly sure what that is… Is that when it fails to close failed/old smart instances? Because that's totally around in 8 as well. Honestly, the only real advantages to 8 I've noticed are the fixes in paint related memory usage.

No, I am pretty sure BenLand100 fixed both since I hadn't seen them in ages.
The first are ghost clients leftover after closing SMART, the second is just it hitting the tab key when it shouldn't.

In that case, I guarantee they've both been around quite a while. Perhaps they were fixed at some point… But they most definitely exist for many people in 7.2 and 8. I do know for a fact that the "tab key" issue is a very small fix in SMART, but is deemed not worth the value of putting out a new release just for it. I don't know how simple the fix is for the ghost clients as that is the issue that bothers me far more.
Edit: Also there are definitely pairing issues wherein SMART8 is never unpaired from a simba instance until simba is closed, causing permanent [####].SMART files to be created in the same folder as the script - and possibly causing collisions between two sets of numbers if not manually fixed.

If you're talking about it hitting tab when you disable SMART, it still does that (by design, I believe).

Sigh, I thought he did fixed both. The file it creates are somewhat annoying but I use a different approach to client pairing, I pretty much make it spawn a new client everytime to get around that. Going to try SMART 8 and see if it works fine.
Deleted 10-15 lines off smartparams to make it work correctly with SMART8, the tab issue is still there which is weird. BenLand100 definitely has a version where that error is fixed like SMART8.1 or something because I remember him fixing it for me. Will have to request it again. I will report later on the ghost client issue.
Well, at least the ghost client issue is fixed.
