I have no idea, I'm not allowed to try it, this was as close as I could get.
From what I hear it's aimed at low level members who want an alternative way to train prayer.

No. You can get up to enough Prayer exp to get from 1 to 40, is members only, and takes a really, really long time to do. It's just click and wait (you get, like, 4 exp per second).
