So I need some help making a decision on whether to put what money I have into mage or range. Im sitting with 70 range 66 mage. I plan on getting 45 defence. I have 7m and I need some suggestions on whether I should spend it on chins for range levels or alching to 85 mage. My goals are 80 range and 85 mage when I put on the 45 defence. If you have any idea of how many chins it take from 70 to 80 let me know. The main problem is 7m is only enough to pay for one of the two skills. Alching is $$$ right now. Leave any advice you feel, Thanks!

Go for range, its more expensive then alching tbh.
And alching if you want to do it for free you can do nat running, while you alch. Free mage exp and some profit.

How many chins do you think it will take from 70-80? also red or grey?

do ranged because chins are cheap right now ( they are rising)

What color chins, because ive never tried grey to compare them but I heard they are still pretty efficient

try it out yourself. red are around 400-500gp and grey 200-300

Get both.
Be a cheap Skate like me, i used 4k bone bolts to get from 58 to 70 range and it only cost me 72k, and i bought body runes for less than 300k to level my age up, auto curse and bone bolts, cheapest way to go if you dont want it 'bad'.
Bought both from shop and it barely cost me anything.
