(k = 30)

your doing := which is used to set the var.

program new;

  x,y,k:integer;

begin
  k := 0;
  KeyDown(16);

  repeat
    MoveMouse(x,y);

    ClickMouse(x,y,1);
    k:=k+1;
  Until(k = 30);

  KeyUp(16);
  Wait(1000);
end.    

Thanks I knew it was something simple but my eyes couldn't catch it.
