Isn't a shortbow like… 5 fletching? You could make one within… 30 minutes of account creation, and that includes having to walk to the flax fields.

so?? i could go legit wcing as a lvl 3 and intetionally not respond to him, and if i had a weird name does that mean he should ban me?

Thats what the appeal system is for. I mean he is kind of "Shooting first, asking questions later" but if a legit player actually got banned, they would make repeated appeals and such.

I want to believe that; but i can't. Am a frequent visitor to the official runescape forums, and i've noticed many complaints by players that have been banned by their botwatch without actually botting, others being banned and appeals pending for the entire duration of the ban (21 days), what kind of service is this? (yes they do unban people that were banned by accident, but what about those that didn't get that blessing?).

how do you know they were not actually botting. I appealed on the forums too when my main got banned some years ago, I was still a bot.
