LOL at this ban. 1m/hr will clear ur membership in a few and make a handsome profit in just days. A 21-day ban? cmon jagex, at least pretend that u are doing sth. The minute this ban expires, the user will be back to botting.

Assuming reqs to make this take at least 2 days to start, he'll be needing membership to use the account for more than a very few days. +10 for jagex =]
