I've just finished the skeleton of a script i'm making, and need helping beefing it up. Right now im using dtms to find positions on the minimap as waypoints to a bank, whats the correct way to script walking? Im making an al-karid warrior killer that loots all the unids, and it would make it much for efficient if i found a better way. Also, if anyone wants to test the script after, please message me.(only scipters please, no leechers.)

I don't think there is a correct walking method. If DTM walking works for you - then it works and you should continue working on it and improve it.

Best thing to do is try out all the walking formats Simba has to offer and see what suits you best.
But remember, if it works - it works.
