I found out about this game from a friend of mine on World of Tanks. I'm currently rank 5 in the Luftwaffe, and I'm really enjoying playing the medium bombers/dive bombers. The fighter planes are fun too, but there are too many kamikaze idiots that would rather ram you than have a legitimate dogfight. So I fly at high altitudes and bomb the shit out of the enemy base ;)

The game will later feature tanks and warships as well, and they will all be played together in land battles exactly like WWII. But as of now, there are only planes.

I love this game, needless to say that I haven't touched it in about a month or so. Things have gone too far with the "pay to win" mentality. Hell, the devs recently have lowered exp and lion payout after a match in attempt to force you to buy gold eagles. I'm going to stick with boycotting this game, that is until the devs realize that their playerbase has been more than halved because of this money-milking BS.

Well obviously making money is the aim of the devs, and I haven't really noticed any issues getting silver lions so far. Although I have only gotten to rank 6, I assume I will stop making a profit very soon :p

I think i'm pilot level 14 and i'm 13 with the US planes right now.. But the repair costs were bumped up on the higher tier planes quite substantially. Though, you can always rake in the silver by doing good in a tier 0 match using the US peashooters.

Yeah I heard flying the reserves is a good way to make cash, also you get to play with all the noobies so it's easy kills :p

Seems like a decent game. I play World of Warplanes, which is the game made by the makers of World of Tanks. It's still in the closed Beta stage but I have a lot of fun with it. It's nothing compared to War Thunder but at least you can have a legit dogfight with another fighter. Very rewarding when you out maneuver an opponent and destroy them. :D

Yeah I have no idea how they will work it without the warships being overpowered (unless they are separating the ocean battles from the land battles? But that would kind of suck), there's supposed to be battleships and aircraft carriers. Unfortunately they removed submarines from the game :(. But yeah it's in the works atm

I also love to play games a lot. I have a good collection of video games. I haven't heard much about this game, but the reviews of this game over here is good. I will definitely buy and play this video game.

It's a great game, in my opinion have great developers and the game is changing for the better every patch.

Also, I would advise anyone to stay away from arcade battles as a game mode like plague.
Just a fact, not even an exaggeration: if I play AB for whatever reason, I get damaged by my own wingman in one match more than in HB(Historical Battle) ever.

I also find AB way too boring, just follow to lead indicator …

They also say that FRB compared to HB is even better then AB->HB, but I don't have the guts to play it. As the name suggest, full real battles, they are full real battles :).

Also in the latest patch(1.33) the economy became significantly better, not ideal but better.

Rumours say that steam release is very close so you may want to wait until then if you don't want to try the game out really badly.

Before anyone jumps in, check out the reddit FAQ(it's a hard game to learn and even harder to master) and be advised that there are problems with the game, it's a beta and they often test stuff to see the results(which may or may not hurt the gameplay for a few days).

It's on the borderline of being p2w, you can't purchase anything with real money to gain advantage over other players that they can't get, but you can certainly get stuff faster, pay4time more like.

One more last thing I promise, devs aim for historical accuracy, which means they don't nerf/buff planes, they balance via reward/tier(although whole tier system gonna change). When they change an aircraft they do it for the better, they fix their previous mistakes which I have to say happens somewhat more than we would like.
