Whenever i start the bot it goes to eoc instead of 07 it was working for a little and recently started to go to eoc any answers

If you updated srl, intentionally or not that would be the cause of this. As it would overwrite any updates you made to the smart configuration.

However I suggest using SRL-OSR for your scripts, this would never have the issue you outline here.

Simply put, put the stuff you downloaded at first to simba (SmartParams, 07fonts, and 1 more, forgot name) back in the simba folder because when simba updates it overwrites these files. They're all found in one thread named something like "how to set up simba for osrs".
