What is the best equipment for F2P Players since the EoC?

Full Rune sets, the kiteshield and rune scimmy, for example, are old school…

And I'm talking about Melee, Ranged…and Magic, for who aprecciates it

For the work required, they aren't worth it, and the upkeep is undesirable. Its in your best interest to spend your time doing combat, not doing something else to get something to do combat which you have to restore every 10 hours.
But to each their own- I understand where you are coming from.

For melee, if you have millions of GP to spare, use corrupt dragon armour. It only last 30 mins upon equipping, so it's really only good for PvP (unless like I said, you have millions to burn).
