I did everything the thread said to do so my only guess is there's something I need to do to simba that I haven't done yet, any idea?

Yea I did follow the instructions and posted there also. I just figured I'd post it here too in case the problem is with my actual simba client, like the last problem I had was that I needed to add the slr-osr folder to my simba folders, thought maybe it could be a similar problem.
