Hey, Physic Here!
Thinking of creating a Website Service for members here and everywhere?
Tips? Ideas? Costs?
I'm really thinking of just helping members out here
Really not sure If I want to make it Paid or Free
Honestly, I really just want to get better at my HTML skills :)

Free if you just want to get better at your HTML skills.

Well first you might need to have vouches, feedback so people can see you as a paid option. If you need practice, then offer it for free and then charge those who want it more professional and nicer. But at the end it's up to you. Maybe even offer the free one's to certain amount of people and then those can be your example so others can see..
start free and maybe then start to charge ;)

I would go free first, I wouldn't start paid especially if your looking to improve your html. Lower html skill would mean not an optimal product. If I were to charge people I would want to give them the best possible product available. I would go free then start to charge.

Make it free and if you get it going to a high standard start charging. (but free is always cooler :P)

If they want a domain which isn't free (.com, .net instead of .comeze.com or something) then you'd have to expect them to pay you for the domain. Initially, while you're learning the service should be free.

for it to be worth paying for, i think people may go somewhere a little more secure and professional. i definitely think you should be doing this for free unti you get epic at html :)

If your just doing it for experience then focus on making it free at first then if your idea takes off then change to paid as the people above said.
