Why was he suspended? Also, his rep bar is red, did a mod make him enable his rep bar so it showed his rep (red) or does the rep bar show red if you have it enabled or not? and are negative rep?

He was suspended because his infraction points went past the threshold for suspension. He got hit for attacking another member in that thread by @Justin.

I also noticed that last time he had a out burst he had about 25 rep points, that was a month ago, now according to his rep description he has somewere between -50 and -99 reputation points DANG he must have been de-rep'd doube claw spec'd
