I cannot figure out why the "H column" doesn't actually compute the correct result


it should take

(Sell price * Quantity)-(Buy Price * Quantity)

Example:

Sell price : 1
Quantity : 10
Buy price : .50

(1 * 10) - (.5*10) = 5.00

=((G2*D2)-(C2*D2))

Then drag it down to repeat itself

I may have accidentally edited it. anyway i changed it to like…

=D2*(E2-C2)

as it is more 'computationally' efficient.

Granted this only works provided you are buying and selling the same quantity.
