Hey guys,

So I am currently making a gmaul pure on old school runescape. However, I want to keep my hp as low as possible. Is it possible to train my strength level with minimal hp xp? If yes, please let me know how!

40 if I'm not mistaken.

If you're not yet 50 Attack you should certainly do the Waterfall quest, it should grant you 12k or 13k XP in both Att & Str. Other than that your best option is surely Pest Control while spending the points only on Strength. No doubt you'll still receive HP XP while fighting in-game but, combined with the reward points, the XP rate for your Str will be at a slightly higher rate.

If they have soul wars / not sure if that's part of the game you can always try that
