Hello,
I was wondering what the safest and best ways to trade money are when buying and selling items/gp in RS. I sell it with PayPal and have been scammed before, so i am curious.
Also, what would be the main procedures for buying and selling the RS Items and GP.
It would be great to know.

When I buy in large amounts I usually do in increments that way if I get scammed it will be for a small amount rather than everything. Also make sure the other person you are trading/selling/buying with has a verified paypal.
I don't normally do trades as I'm not really into the whole buying/selling. I only buy a little bit here and there for personal use. I'm sure other people on here can provide a lot more insight into the best way to go about when it comes to buying/selling.

To receive a payment from another person should be instantly.
Same for sending.

Ask @YoHoJo what he does for untrusted people :P he has a long list of stuff to use iirc
100% safe : Liberty Reserve, Moneypak, WesternUnion, Player Auctions.
Relatively safe: Moneybookers (still possible for chargeback, but not that easy like Paypal)
Not safe: Paypal with people u don't know, chargebacks are too easy
I only use paypal with big bulk buyers (those who has like 500+ vouches/feedback, and in the business for few years)
PayPal isn't actually a very safe method for selling RSGP (for the seller at least), because the buyer can easily get their money back. PayPal doesn't really favour the seller when it comes to virtual/digital goods, so it's far too easy for the buyer to chargeback the money, and most of the time PayPal will side with them.
