SRL Archive - S.M.A.R.T.

So I been dealing with smart coming up with a blank white screen while the RS music plays in the backround. The first time arounded redownloading the p07 worked and smart booted right up. This time around that isnt working. Ive seen the thread about getting a different java however, the link posted in that thread tells you oracle is experiencing problems. So my question is, is this a problem with SMART or is this a java issue? It also doesnt make sense to me to download an older version of java to get the client to work. Is there another way to fix this problem that im missing, or is it out of my hands at this point?

Edit: If your having this problem you need to switch over to Java 6_43.

Ya me too, but not tonight. Ive restarted it many times and also redownloaded the p07 include. Just cant get it to work anymore

U running 64bit java? get 32bit.

java6 latest revision works the best I heard.

Ya so I switched over to Java 6_43 which is the latest for 6 and it works now. I still dont understand why it doesnt work with any revision of 7.

Alright well switching to a new java only lasted a couple days and once again im white screened. I honestly have no idea what else to try. I have java 6_43 and java 7_17 installed but Im pretty sure I have it force running 6_43 over the 7. Does anyone have any other way of fixing this? Ive hit a wall

Edit: Nevermind again now I finally got it to work… Still could use help on a permanant fix

i've got the same issue. I can't seem to fix it. I have 6_45 java. i've restarted it multiple times. there is no hope lol
