You could try something like this:

Change the radialwalk values to fit your needs, though. There are tons of tutorials here for that :D

Do it again ;p.
Sometimes I have to do it twice for it to work properly. Do you have the proper fonts fixed up correctly?

Does the client load Runescape, and then just idle there, without clicking anything?

Re-download your fonts and make sure to extract them correctly :D

Maybe Useful Poster?

I agree with the suggestion for Useful Poster. Not sure on Helper Bear, myself.

He has only just started posting recently I'm going to wait until he's Around 150-200 posts if he's not given a cup before then to vote.

I'm not sure of the guidelines for helper bear, but if he keeps it up then I think a useful poster would be appropriate :)
