Hello all, I've looked through the scripts section and didn't find one, so I felt I should request it here. What I am requesting, is a heavy rod fishing script (at otto's grotto) Heavy rod fishing is hands down the best fishing exp in the game, and also some of the easiest. If you haven't done heavy rod fishing before, it is just fly fishing with a different rod.
Name - What would the script be called? – Anything, scripters choice.
What does the script do? and Where does it do it? – Heavy rod fishes(+cut/drop fish)in Otto's Grotto
What does the script achieve? – Incredible fishing exp, very minimal strength/agility, and possibly cooking exp
f2p/p2p? any other level / skill / quest requirements? – P2p, Minimum 15 strength and agility, as well as 48 fishing..higher fish require higher in all 3 levels, also requires a very incredibly short miniquest from Otto, which only requires you to catch a single fish, and if I remember correctly, gut it.
Do you have an account with these requirements you could lend to a dev? Yes.
Difficulty… (Easy/Medium/Hard) I would say easy, as I can't imagine it would require more than the changing of a few integers from somebody else's barb village fly fishing script to adapt it to otto's grotto heavy rod fishing.
Heavy rod fishing does require bait. If you have any questions, ask me and I'll clarify.
I have not tried to write the script, as my knowledge of the inner workings of Simba's language is very minimal. Next to non-existent truly. I have a basic understanding of how it works, just not what makes it work.
