Do you go to high school/college/university and have a website or student blog with the TLD .edu or .ac.uk? Is your website viewable to the public e.g. no authentication required in order to view it?
Examples:

Student Blog: http://www2.imperial.ac.uk/blog/studentblogs/richard/
I will pay you $2 for linking to a website with custom anchor text (no more than 4 words)This is anchor text
I will pay you $4 for a guest post/paragraph of 150-250 words with the above included.
I require NO access whatsoever to your website/blog.
PM me your blog/website and I'll tell you whether or not we're in business ;).
