Make a free website. Make a txt file and put it on your website. http://website.com/blah/auth.txt, Then have scar get the site, and then check if the username and pass are on the txt. If it is, run the script, if it isn't don't let them run the script. Then obfusticate your script.

You'd need a pannel etc to add them and shit.

What you need is a site with Php. Then make a auth system there. I have no idea how but ask mopar or star or someone else with auth systems when they arent too busy. The txt file is ok but then its just as easily leaked because you cant check ips etc when they just use each others passwords

Hahaha lol, I would just look at the source code from auth.txt and I would have a auth and pass etc.

You need to have a php page which connects to a database, the database contains the auth settings etc and the php page is the page which has the functions to connect to it and return the passes :p, btw I don't know how but you can search for some tuts ;)
