In a nutshell:
Interface Alpha: Most/all the current windows (inventory, prayers, etc) can be open at the same time, placed wherever and at whatever size you want. Also included are a new coat of paint for just about every bit of the HUD, and presets for different uses (aka you could have a interface set up for PvP, another for skilling, a third for minigames, and so on).7 DIFFERENT ABILITY BARS OMFG.
Castle Wars: More new paint. Playing games gives silver tickets for consumables (balista parts and chinchompas were mentioned), winning/ties give gold tickets for armor sets with special bonuses when worn within Castle Wars. Also, you can wear your own helms now rather than the current hood. No mention of the promised trimmed req change (yet)
