So I got this email yesterday, and almost fell for it due to being in a rush at work. But the email didn't sit right with me so I double check the link and of course, it was a phishing link. PHEW!

Whoever is running this one, is smart to to hide their details. However, Chrome and FF already mark the link as a phishing one, but FF is a hit or miss.

Also to note, they will always address you by your RUNESCAPE name.

Dear [your rs name here],

They won't just say Hi, or dear player, or any other combination. That way when they address you by your runescape name you KNOW it's real. Of course even then, proceed with caution and go to their website and login there to double check.

Phishing email was the reason why I started playing again. Didn't realize it was a scam at first. Changed my password and logged in to check my bank and I haven't stopped since lol :p
