Very frustrating I've been trying to get a hold of one of these eggs and I've killed over 300 but no luck.

Any advice on what to do?

No choice but to keep camping Green, Black, Blue, Red drags for the eggs, depending on which one you wanted since you didn't specify on the OP.
All the dragon eggs have a rare chance of being dropped, wearing any specific item, etc, will not increase your chances.

Try setting up your cannon at the evil chicken lair to kill black drags quickly for their egg.
The same goes for blues.

Green and red are in the wild, so you could try to place a cannon there too if you want.

They are rare. I think the odds are like 1-200 with some people getting an egg within the first 10 kills while some people can take up to 500 or more.

I hear the green eggs are the rarest.

Got my blue and black from slaying, was pretty quick too

No idea about red or green

Yeah green is rarest because of the speed at which they can be killed, being the weakest of the 4 dragons.

I got 2 blue dragon eggs on my first slayer task with 99 summ

Yes. Must have 99 summoning to get one as a drop. Cannot be boosted.

Yeah have 99 summoning and I was going for black. Sorry I was tired when I posted.

Yeah it's just a struggle and I'm surprised that it's so lame :(

I got a blue dragon egg in around 100 kills after I got 99 summ. I havent tried for the others yet.

Id get red dragon egg! :D Im 96 sum, been for a while, but ill get it soon after a few more 99s.

If you are on task dragon eggs are more common and blue dragon eggs are generally conceived to be the most common but it is mostly down to luck.

Slayer masters which assign specific egg dropping dragons as follow:

Krudael: Black and Blue.
Duradel: Black
Sumona: Blue and Red
Chaeldar: Blue
Vannaka: Green.
