Simba isn't affected by bot nukes, right? Or at least not as much as regular bots?

Autotyping is against the rules, but botting is much higher on their priority list right now.

Just a tip, it's usually best to screenshot the forums and post the link here.
Or AT LEAST post a link to the thread itself.
QF code takes time to use.

That way everyone can easily see it without having to visit the forums, and often times pots/threads are deleted from the RS forums so it's good to screenshot it before that happens.

This bot nuke was 'on the way' since November… lol

But then there will always be multiple people saying it's a phishing link. I can avoid those comments by just providing the QFC.

I think his main point was that the best thing to do is take screenshots of the posts, because often threads are deleted from the RS Forums.

Post the link to the thread and a quote of post and/or the screenshot, I always do that, never have people saying that its a phish.

Jagex just trying raise some moral. Its been a year since they've been saying Bot Nuke.

Nah there was a decent bot nuke like a month ago? Cleaned all the green drag/brutal green Grotworm/Essence/LRc bots (around 20,000 bots) out of the game and boosted the economy alot

This is OSRS? Had me worried for a minute. I hated it back then, hate it now. I understand how some people hate EOC though… I mainly just don't want to mess around from scratch. I've achieved so much.

This was part of Jagex their april fools, don't worry.. ;)

Yeah yeah we've had many quotes from jagex on things they'd "never" do yet they have. So now, their words, means nothing.

I'm a little concerned about a few points, like how they don't straight out say NO to gwd or things like HP indicator on minimap or even clan wars…

Let's hope they intend to keep OSRS old school, and not fork into a new runescape itself.
I think people are forgetting why we wanted OSRS in the first place and so is Jagex…

GWD would spice up PvM. It's relatively dead right now.

Oh no doubt I'd love for it to come too. I just don't trust anything they say anymore. Too many broken promises. I just hope, if it does happen, that all the flood of java bot users don't suddenly come here and spam like the past few weeks.

time to lay off the ess for a week :p

This is only valid for 07 servers, and afaik a lot of legit players got banned as well.
