This girl who was doing a Kiln Service for another player was silly enough to livestream the whole thing for the buyer
Mod Weath was watching the stream, and decided to take action and start Disconnecting the player as she did the service.
The voice you will hear is actually the girl who is doing the service, who starts panicing as she dc's and the Jmod pms her.

Its 10 minutes long, the JMod private messages the player around 4:40

Yeah, I've known some too that have done it for multiple years without a problem.
This is such a waste of Jagex moderator time, they could be banning gold farmers but instead they are tracking down "account sharers"

Whomever the Uploader was, found out that I posted the video on here, and changed the name of the video to something like 'Villavu members suck', etc.
It was then taken down.
The video was unlisted to begin with.
