SMART won't open OSR client?

When attempting to run SMART, i get this:
SRL Compiled in 0 msec
** Smart Cannot Spawn Clients **
Successfully executed.

But no client opens, a cmd opens for a split second and then closes.

The script I use to open SMART8 is:

program new;
{$DEFINE SMART8}
{$i SRL/SRL.simba}

begin
  ClearDebug();
  SetupSRL();
end.
SMART8 is installed correctly, as far as i can tell. Any ideas?

Did it work previously before you installed SMART8? Has SMART worked for EOC? If not try updating java.
